I began my professional journey in the field of cleanrooms in early 2020 in Switzerland as a measurement technician. My day-to-day work involved visiting client sites to carry out cleanroom validation and qualification and filter management. During this period, I gained extensive practical experience in measuring and evaluating cleanroom parameters, replacing HEPA filters and pre-filters, as well as in the microbiological monitoring of air and surfaces.

From January 2023, I continued my professional career in Slovakia. My role expanded to include business and technical meetings with clients, inspections and deep cleaning of air handling units (AHUs), and the detailed processing of measurement results into validation reports. My experience of inspecting AHUs internally also enabled me to better understand the technical relationship between the condition of the air handling system and the risk of cleanroom contamination.

Throughout my career, I have personally participated in dozens of full-scope cleanroom validations in accordance with ISO 14644-3. I have carried out air volume flow rate and air change rate measurements, measurements of pressure differentials between rooms, temperature and relative humidity, HEPA filter integrity testing, decontamination testing, airflow visualisation and verification of airflow direction, airflow velocity uniformity measurements, airborne particle concentration measurements and cleanroom classification in accordance with ISO 14644-1, as well as microbiological air and surface sampling.

As the person responsible for on-site validation, I was responsible not only for carrying out the measurements, but also for professional communication with the client before, during and after the validation process. A personal approach, clear communication and seeking technical solutions rather than simply delivering measurement results are the principles I bring to VALIDIS today.
